Hubbell and Hudson, a new American bistro in the Woodlands that is sure to offer great food, innovative cocktails, and an elegant yet laid back dining experience.

Nick Babcock, as pictured here is one of the bistro's mixologists.  With quite an array of talents and hobbies, Nick has had 10 years of experience in bartending, and is passionate about photography, snowboarding, music, and arts.  In addition, he attended the Art Institute of Houston.  Bet you didn't know he is a certified U.S. Coast Guard! Bryne Zamore is the mixologist at Fajita Jacks.  She got into bartending as a collge job and has continued for the past 4 years.  Bryne's drink of choice is Firefly Sweet Tea vodka and serves up margaritas like crazy!  She is an avid baseball fan and is known for her college grand slam.

Hotel Avia is open!  The new boutique hotel is a snazzy addition to the Woodland's community.  It is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, as well as a short distance to hiking trails and beautiful scenery.  Stop by the Avia Lounge at night for a comfortable yet sophisticated setting, and have a cocktail or a glass of wine.  This week was their soft opening, featuring Dripping Springs Vodka and Republic Tequila (as seen below).
